• In trying to send bulk notifications, even to a sngle member, the resulting email does not auto populate the form fields such as {first_name} {last_name}. It5 seems to work ok when I send a notification via the single member update, but the Set Status to Active and Notify just results in the following:
    To {first_name} {last_name}
    Your request for access to XXXX has been granted.

    Registration details:
    Username: {user_name}
    Password: {password}

    Please login to XXX Portal at the following URL:
    {login_link}

    Any help is appreciated.

    Hi, are you talking about the following feature Email Settings (Bulk Account Activate Notification) located in Settings -> Email Settings?

    If you are, please read the note below added to this feature.

    This email will be sent to your members when you use the bulk account activate and notify action. You cannot use email merge tags in this email. You can only use generic text.
