Bulk Optimization Internal error Internal Server Error

I’m sorry you are getting this error message. While the message does indicate something went wrong, it does not contain enough details to find the actual problem.

At what point exactly do you get this error message? Also, could you see if there’s a more detailed error in the PHP error logs of your hosting provider?

Exactly same error here, i’ll try to find something in the logs.

After checking and trying some things, definitely, in my case its because the images are larger than 5Mb. But no error is shown informing about that.

Hey t20n,

The plugin should be able to compress files larger than 5MB. But maybe your php settings or wordpress settings do not allow you to upload large files. Have you checked this?

i resume this thread because i’ve the same issue. During the Bulk Optimization i received the Internal Server Error. I’ve setted up the max upload size to 32M and i’ve also upgraded my account to PRO version.

Also I’ve cancelled the file from my Media Gallery but in the plugin Bulk optimization these images still appear. Is there the possibility to flush the cache under the bulk list?

Important notice: The TinyPNG Web Pro subscription has nothing to do with the API (which the plugin uses). It is only for uploading unlimited images on tinypng.com.
If you want to compress more than 500 images then you have to upgrade your API account. You can do that here:
