Bulk optimization stopped working

  • Hi!
    I downloaded the plugin yesterday and it worked fine, except it didn’t quite optimize all of the pictures (400 was left). So I tried to optimize the rest of the images, but nothing happens. It just stops at 0%. This is what my log looks like.

    Hi matilda,

    Thanks for using our plugin. We’ve had important issues with our service between 4 and 6th of august. Can you try again to optimize your pictures, and tell us if everything ran well ?

    mine has stopped at 35% when I bulk optimized..
