Bulk Optimize not work for PNG/JPG->WEBp

    No, that is not the way it should be working, not sure it is even possible, as the webp function is called by the core ewww_image_optimizer() function. If the images have already been optimized before, you need to select the ‘force re-optimize’ checkbox when you bulk optimize.
