Bulk price editing for all user roles

There are a bunch of bulk price editors out there, with layout like excel, where you can see all your products in one page, to update their prices. How can I do that with Role Based Prices? I can’t find a way to teach people at my company to update pricing across the site.

If it existed, I imagine it working in two ways:

1. Bulk Price Edit Screen: Where you can see all products, prices AND user role prices, one table, to update individually or lets say, apply a 10% increase to all prices for a certain role, etc.
2. Bulk Export Button: Export all products into Excel file with column names: Product name, SKU, Price, Selling Price, EACH User role price in a new column, DONE. Then you can update offline, click price update upload, and update all your prices in one go.

It would take very long to update every price individually for every product. It is also inconvenient if you just export your database, because the user based prices are currently being stored in an array, not in their own columns. To get the people at my business to update that would be a nightmare.

Has anyone got a solution?
