Bulk Pricing Issue

Hi,
I am trying to set up bulk pricing for a variable item on my website. The original item price is $1.50 and it goes down about five to ten cents the more you get.
2-5 = $1.30
6-10 = $1.20
11-50 = $1.10
51-100 = $1.00
101-250 = $.95
251-500 = $.90

When I try and do a fixed price it discounts the first few at $130, $120, etc. And then messes up the last few and makes them .16 cents on the last one. Not sure what I’m doing wrong…I’ve tried both percentage and fixed price and neither is working.
