Bulk pricing with Prod Variations

    If bulk price for a volume level is equal to Sale price in Prod Variations setting, it’s not showing up when qty is changed to a price matching the Sale price
    If Sale price field is empty, then Bulk price setting is not triggering when it matches the regular price.

    Example
    Sale Price $40 in Prod. Variations
    Qty 1 – $50 (triggered)
    Qty 2 – $40 (not triggered)
    Qty 3 – $50 (triggered)

    Sale Price field empty, Reg Price $50 in Prod. Variations
    Qty 1 – $50 (not triggered)
    Qty 2 – $40 (triggered)
    Qty 3 – $50 (triggered)
