Bulk Product Data Upload Issue – Videos not Importing Properly

Hello Support,
I’ve been in communication with the PThemes team regarding an issue with bulk product data upload. Specifically, when importing a CSV file containing product data with videos, the videos aren’t importing as expected.
Based on extensive testing and feedback from the PThemes team, it appears the issue might be inherent to WooCommerce’s default import/export functionality. The challenge arises when attempting to set a video code as an iframe HTML or by link during the CSV import. The same issue persists even when using the default WordPress theme.
To validate the issue isn’t theme-specific, I’ve been advised to reach out for dedicated support from the WooCommerce team. Here’s the page I need assistance with: https://www.pioneersolarenergy.com/shop/.

As I understand, you would like to add HTML (iframe) in the product descriptions at your site.
There is a workaround provided in the?thread linked here, that needs?the script from this documentation page, in order to work as expected.
That code can be added via a plugin that allows custom functions to be added, such as the Code snippets plugin.
My recommendation would be to add the URL, though, instead of the iFrame, as showcased in the screenshot below:
