  • Do you have access to your server’s error logs?
This might give us an idea of what’s happening.

If it happened when using the wp-smushit plugin, then you can get you dashboard back by logging in via FTP and delete this plugin’s folder from wp-content/plugins.

    Cheers,
    Ari.

    Hey there.

Did you manage to check those error logs?

To be able to understand the issue for you, we need to know the actual errors so that we can look into this further. ??

    Take care.

Hey i had same problem with this plugin. So First you have to remove smush it plugin via ftp. and then download .htaccess file of your server and again upload it to server override it. Its work for me!
