This site is currently in development, but we were wondering if there is a way to bulk upload images via FTP. I can’t find the folders via FTP – do they exist there? How do I access them, if possible?

Here’s the issue we’re having. Each folder that we create is a specific product or group of products. When we upload images to a folder, we are then ready to save and upload to the next folder. We successfully upload images folder by folder this way. But after doing this a few times, everything crashes and we have to log out and log back in to keep working on uploading. Any idea why this may be? I’m thinking that having the ability to upload via FTP would be much faster for us. Thank you for your help!

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

FileBird does not create real folders in FTP. All files are in wp-uploads folder.

For the issue you are having, it might be due to uploading too much. We will improve and optimize in the next update.

    Regards,
    Kelly

Thank you so much for your response. We may bulk upload via FTP and then move to the folders in Media. Looking forward to an update, thank you!
