Bullet list not working

@nvlctur the page link you shared is not published so we were not able to examine the issue. But you should use the “List element” to create a list instead of creating a list through the Text element. You will be able to drag and drop the List element from the Element panel.

@nvlctur Thanks for sharing the screenshot. We were able to recreate the issue. Looks like its a bug and we will fix the issue in the next version which will be out within the next 7 days.

@nvlctur We just released a new update which should fix the issue. Just remove all the content of the text element and start from scratch.

Thanks, it works in the editor and preview…but:

You mention removing all the content – is this why its not working on my side? I selected all the text and applied the bullet. It applies in the editor and in the preview window but when I look at the finished product, its still not showing (it has paragraphed text but still no bullets)

@nvlctur Just checked your popup and looks like there is no list items at all. Are you sure you saved the popup after adding them? If you are using any cache plugin, try clearing the cache.

Another issue I’ve noticed is that you have added an image to show it as a background image, but since you have placed it over the text element, its not possible interact/scroll the text element. What you should do is, right click on the image element, and then click position and then send it to bottom.
Or, remove the image element and then add the popup background image from Popup Style > Background.

Hi there – we have another problem. If you open the website on your phone or tablet, and click on the button it opens a default popup, not ours ??

On PC it works fine.

@nvlctur Since you are using a wider popup (width more than 400px), you will have to create a separate mobile version for the popup. Since this preset already contains a mobile version design, you can simply open the popup in the editor and click the Mobile icon from the bottom and then change the mobile design and the content.

Or you can remove all the content of the mobile version of the popup and Brave will display a scaled down version of the popup on mobile devices. To do that Open the Popup in the editor and click the Mobile icon from the bottom and remove all the content of the popup by pressing ctrl+a and then pressing the delete key from your keyboard.

Hi – thanks so much…I didnt know that the mobile layout is a seperate design, I assumed it would just automatically adjust for mobile responsiveness.

I did as you suggested but had to import the desktop design and tweak it to fit nicely. But its working now thanks for the great support!
