• A while ago, my website’s lists showed bullet points next to each line. However, after some sort of update or something, they don’t show anymore. I tried changing the CSS but it still doesn’t show. I think it may be because of the theme. I’m using Radiate Pro.

    This a the page of my website: https://soullabelle.com.au/special-offers-2/

    The list on that page is done manually by me (inserting the hyphens without format), just as a placeholder for now.

    Do you know what is wrong with the CSS or maybe the theme?

    Any help is appreciated.

  • Looking at the markup on your page I am seeing

    <p>
    <span style="color: #808080;">– Promote new collagen growth to tighten and improve the outer contour of the skin</span>
    </p>

    Which means your content is not using a bullet list, but paragraphs.

    I would expect to see

    <ul>
    <li>Promote new collagen growth to tighten and improve the outer contour of the skin<\li>
    </ul>

    Please go to the text editor and look at the content in there. Are these lines wrapped with

    • tags?
    • If not, in the visual editor, select the rows you want as a bullet list and click the bullet list icon.

      Click Update and view the results

    My bullets showed, then didn’t suddenly (also numbered lines). Hired a developer and paid to fix it. Now after recent update, they disappeared again! Tags show in text editor: See:

    Don’t want to pay again every time I update. How can I fix this, please? The blog looks a mess. https://www.whatiscodependency.com/what-is-narcissistic-abuse/ – among many like it.
