Bullet points do not appear

Hello,

since the last updates of WP bullet points for ul li lists do not appear anymore. I ccs the following is specified:

ul li {
list-style: disc;
display: list-item;
}

Also tried withul {list-style-type: disc;}

In the editor:

<ul>
 	<li>Erweiterte Echtzeitanalysen basierend auf ?einer Quelle der Wahrheit“</li>
 	<li>Gestiegene Performance der Monatsabschlussprozesse und Berichte</li>
 	<li>Intuitive Bedienung auf allen Ger?ten inkl. Mobilger?ten</li>
 	<li>Verbesserte integrierte Planungsprozesse</li>
 	<li>Ausschluss von Datenredundanzen durch das Zusammenführen zusammenh?ngender Daten in eine Datenquelle</li>
</ul>

Nothing works apart from manually removing <ul> </ul>tags in the post.
This is however a big additional effort to do for each post each time anything is changed.
Please help..
