Bullet Points not doing what they should

I am not quite sure why but on my website – I have tried to make to columns and I want each column to have a list with bullet points but for some reason- it just isn’t doing it.

I highlight the list and hit the bullet point button but it seems just to bullet point some and not all. And if I individually try to add a bullet point on one that has it missing, it then takes away all the bullet points!

The lists are also links to other websites – I don’t know whether that should make a difference.

Does anyone know what is going on. I am very untechnical. Thanks
