Yes! There it’s working, but when I write a blog post only the numbered bullets work.

can you share a page that will have the wrong list marker displayed?
i.e. ol list vs ul list

(volunteers are unable to access your wp-admin area)

You also need to add a style for ol.

If it works on the front end, I wouldn’t put too much worry into preview.

Hello Lisa – yes, sorry, I now understand you’re a volunteer and you can’t access the admin area. I can’t post a blog and show you what’s happening because it won’t show up (i.e. you won’t even know that the bullets aren’t working, because it just shows up in a list, with no bullets). I’m sorry if that’s confusing. I don’t know what to do to show you what I’m talking about – can I add screen shots to this thread somehow?

YOu have to get rid of that pointless list. I don’t know if the issue is your theme, but that’s where I’d start.

Oh gosh – thank you. I don’t know what any of that means. When you said “issue with your theme” – where do I look into that?

The question is where is that odd HTML markup coming from. My first thought is the theme. If you change themes to, say, twentysixteen, does it go away? If so, then contact it’s developer.
