Bulletproof design of background images

I found, that background images are not displayed in Outlook 2016 client, but according to compatibility table at https://litmus.com/blog/the-ultimate-guide-to-background-images-in-email, there should be a solution as generated at https://backgrounds.cm/

Please, did you consider this possibility? If not, may you please update mailpoet/lib/Newsletter/Renderer/Columns/Renderer.php ?
