    Hello
I am using the free version of this plugin. I have installed the plugin and after that, I have authorize the bullhorn api with valid client id and secret key. After that, I pressed the manual sync button but the jobs are not imported to my WordPress admin panel.
I have done all this in localhost. Would anyone please help with this problem.
    Thanks

    Hi

Are there jobs published in Bullhorn?

    Read this support doc
    https://matadorjobs.com/support/documentation/published-status-to-import/

check the Matador Jobs log file for errors (linked at the bottom of the first tab in Matador settings)

    Hi,

I have also come across this issue since last Friday (27th) when the site I was working on was switched to being live. Previously it had been working for months but since the switch it is no longer syncing jobs. I have also reset the connection to Bullhorn, with the assistant showing that the connection is fine.

    The log shows:

    2020-03-03 15:43:36: 133 existing jobs were found (matador-import-existing-found)

So currently Matador sees bullhorn has 142 jobs, finds that 134 are already imported but does not import the rest.

Is there something potentially on Bullhorn’s side which is causing the issue as the domain has changed? I recall updating the Matador plugin to the latest version on the day the site went live but it did get the latest jobs that day before the site was switched to the new domain.

    Thanks

    Hi @je3dev.

Is that the full log? Can you by change send me the full log? Does absolutely nothing appear after that “133 Existing Jobs were found?” That is a curious issue and I need to look further into it.

Can you log into your site, run a sync, then send the log file to [email protected]?

    Thanks.

    Update to the above.

@je3dev provided his log file to us and also his own skilled programming knowledge and helped us identify a major “oops”. While our direct download for this plugin on our website, based on GitHub tags, was valid, the WP.org version for 3.5.6 was submitted with the wrong branch.

We pushed 3.5.7 today which deploys the 3.5.6 branch to users of the Matador Jobs Lite plugin.

To be clear, the original poster’s issue and the one brought to the attention of us in replies by je3dev were different. Moving forward, if you are having an issue similar to the original poster’s, follow the advice we previously provided.
