    Hi,

    I just upgraded WordPress version to 5.3 and then see those warnings at the top of page. I re-checked files in the Asset Optimization and cleared cache. How can I fix those? Please help.

  • Hi @sailors,

    There seems to be something wrong with your Hummingbird install. Can you please try to reinstall it and see if that fixes the issue?

    Best regards,
    Anton

    I’m having the same problem. This is what came up for site lionelnoble.com:
    Warning: include_once(): Failed opening ‘/home1/lionelno/public_html/wp-content/plugins/hummingbird-performance/core/class-utils.php’ for inclusion (include_path=’.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php70/root/usr/share/pear’) in /home1/lionelno/public_html/wp-content/advanced-cache.php on line 23

    Warning: include_once(/home1/lionelno/public_html/wp-content/plugins/hummingbird-performance/core/class-abstract-module.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home1/lionelno/public_html/wp-content/advanced-cache.php on line 24

    Warning: include_once(): Failed opening ‘/home1/lionelno/public_html/wp-content/plugins/hummingbird-performance/core/class-abstract-module.php’ for inclusion (include_path=’.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php70/root/usr/share/pear’) in /home1/lionelno/public_html/wp-content/advanced-cache.php on line 24

    Warning: include_once(/home1/lionelno/public_html/wp-content/plugins/hummingbird-performance/core/modules/class-module-page-cache.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home1/lionelno/public_html/wp-content/advanced-cache.php on line 25
    Deleted the plugin, and this extra line was then added when I refreshed the page:
    Warning: include_once(): Failed opening ‘/home1/lionelno/public_html/wp-content/plugins/hummingbird-performance/core/modules/class-module-page-cache.php’ for inclusion (include_path=’.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php70/root/usr/share/pear’) in /home1/lionelno/public_html/wp-content/advanced-cache.php on line 25

    Reinstalled, and this now appears at the top (as before):
    Warning: include_once(): Failed opening ‘/home1/lionelno/public_html/wp-content/plugins/hummingbird-performance/core/class-abstract-module.php’ for inclusion (include_path=’.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php70/root/usr/share/pear’) in /home1/lionelno/public_html/wp-content/advanced-cache.php on line 24

    Warning: include_once(/home1/lionelno/public_html/wp-content/plugins/hummingbird-performance/core/modules/class-module-page-cache.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home1/lionelno/public_html/wp-content/advanced-cache.php on line 25

    Warning: include_once(): Failed opening ‘/home1/lionelno/public_html/wp-content/plugins/hummingbird-performance/core/modules/class-module-page-cache.php’ for inclusion (include_path=’.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php70/root/usr/share/pear’) in /home1/lionelno/public_html/wp-content/advanced-cache.php on line 25

    Help Please! It seems that even deleting the plugin doesn’t solve the problem.

    Thank you for your advice. I couldn’t log back in after the issue but by removing those two that you mentioned I’m able to now.

    However, the site still has some issue that pages other than home are not showing. Can you please check if you see those other pages? If not, what would be causing that?

    @sailors,

    I can see some errors from Autoptimize. Could you clear its cache?

    Best regards,
    Anton

    I first updated the Contact Form 7 plugin, then WordPress 5.3. That’s all. I saw those warnings after updating them.

    Can you please check all those pages visible again? I cleared FB and Autoptimize cache, then needed to refresh my browser a couple of times until they are visible.

    @sailors,

    Yes, the pages are loading fine now.

    Best regards,
    Anton
