• Hi there, since last week we are noticing this issue.

When a user places a bundle in the cart, when going to checkout the cart results empty.
This only happens when a user is not logged in and only with bundles.

There are no products with access limited to logged in users only.
We also tried deactivating the latest version and reloading version 7.3.9 but the problem persists.

    How can we solve it?
Currently on the site we had to deactivate the plugin because it was blocking numerous orders.

    Hi @marco1995 ,

Could you kindly share some images of the backend configurations of your bundles and public links to bundles for us to check the frontend as well?

Our plugin doesn’t restrict unauthenticated users from purchasing bundles. This might not be an issue from within our plugin.

I tested the latest version of this plugin on our test site and live demo, both are working properly. I placed an order without the need to log in or register: https://prnt.sc/2dSyy2ALQUqr. You can also check it on your own on our live demo: https://demo.wpclever.net/woosb/. Our test site and live demo only install the latest version of WordPress, WooCommerce, WPCstore theme and our WPC plugins.

I guess there must be something else interfering with our plugin. You can also check it by deactivating all other plugins except WooCommerce and our plugin to test the checkout functionality. Then reactivate others one by one to find the conflict source.

    Best regards.

    Hi Janilyn,
as said before i had to deactivate the plugin beacause we were loosing several orders that involved bundles. So at this time we don’t have public link of bundle.

I activated the plugin for a minute to take all the screenshot needed.

I read the same problem in other sites here in WP support forum.
There is something i can change on my plugin settings to solve the problem?

    Hi @marco1995 ,

Most of the reported cases were due to the conflict with something external on the site. In order to find the source of the conflict, we will need to check the backend admin area, however, this is not allowed in this forum. Unfortunately, there is not much to tell from the images purely.

According to the Forum Guildlines, all the support sessions must be done publicly so the only to troubleshoot this should be to deactivate all other plugins and keep WooCommerce & our plugin activated to check the order functionality. Then re-activate to find which plugin is preventing logged out or unauthenticated users from placing an order.

    Best regards.

    Hello,

I’m experiencing the exact same problem. When logged-in I’m able to add a bundle to the cart. When logged out, I’m not.

    Hi @jellejacob ,

Our plugin doesn’t provide any role-based features. You may need to try debugging by:

    • Deactivating all other plugins, keep only WooCommerce and our plugin to check if as a visitor, you can add bundles to the cart or not.
    • Then reactivate other plugins one by one to find which is causing a conflict with our plugin.

You can check our live demo here: https://demo.wpclever.net/woosb to see how our plugin works on a pure installation of the latest versions of WordPress, WooCommerce, WPCstore theme and our plugins only. I can confirm this is something triggered by an external element or plugin, not within our plugin.

    Best regards.

    Hi,

Thanks! Ok, it seems like the theme plugin is causing the issue. I’ll contact them. Thanks.

    Hi @jellejacob
if i may ask, what theme where you using while facing this issue?

    Thanks, Marco

    Hi,

As it turns out, I was wrong. At the moment, I have only WooCommerce and Product bundles plugin active and activated default theme as well. This issue is still there…

    Hi @jellejacob ,

Your bundle is unpurchasable because one of the subproduct is unpurchasable https://app.screencast.com/8spjz8IogLJxF. It seems that your have its default quantity set to 0 in the backend or this item is unpurchasable or out of stock. So this makes the whole bundle unpurchasable as well.

In order to check, please make sure you test in an Incognito or Private tab of your browser to exclude caches from interfering.

    Best regards.

    Hi,

Thanks, you are right. Stock wasn’t set correctly. Thanks a lot for pointing that out.

    Br, Jelle
