• Hello

I am using the Dokan multi-vendor plugin along with your bundle product plugin. However, I’ve encountered an issue: when I create a bundle product that includes items from two different vendors, each vendor receives an order amount of $0. Meanwhile, the vendor who created the bundle product is able to see the full order amount. Why is this happening?

Each vendor is supposed to display the amount for their own products correctly.

    Hi @bhumi912 ,

For your information, the displayed prices of main bundles and subproducts are depending on the chosen pricing method used.

For auto-calculated total bundles, the price of the main bundle will be considered $0 and total will be the sum of all the chosen items. For manually fixed total bundles, the total will be the main bundle price, and the prices of subproducts will be considered $0 so that customers won’t feel confused when seeing the breakdown of the total on the order details and invoices.

This is how our plugin treat the price display of the smart bundles. Possibly, this is not compatible with the cases of using subproducts from multi-vendor as in your case.

It’s difficult to distribute the total based on the subproduct prices especially when using a fixed amount as the total so that’s why we choose to display the subprices that way. Unfortunately, we can’t provide any solution or workaround for this issue yet.

    Best regards.
