Bundled, composite or variable product?

Hi! I would like to create some product kits, which would contain
1-2 fixed products per kit. On top, I would want to give customers the option to choose fitting products from 2-3 areas.
So, here would be an example kit:
Kit for BMW 1200 GS with D4 lights and Controller. This kit ideally should have an own SKU.
This kit would already include 2 products, the lights and the controller for this particular bike.
The customer now could on top choose whether they also want a horn, and if so, which one from a dropdown.
They could also on top choose whether they want a mounting option for their new lights, and if so, they can choose their favourite mounting option from a drop down.
Finally, the customer should also be able to choose whether they want rear lights too, and if so, again, choose, which model from a dropdown.

All the products mentioned above are already existing as either single products, some might be variable products.

I cannot work out, which plugin I should use, is there somebody out there who is working with a solution and could share their experience please?
I understand, Grouped Products won’t have an own SKU?
And Composite Products don’t have a lot of styling options, as far as I can see.
