    I am having a situation. I have made mega menu by elementskits plugin, Burger menu not closing automatically when anchor links on same page.

    In my website i have service pages with different section each section contain id associated with this. In each pages i have anchor links in same page. here is the image link you can check it https://ibb.co/ZNTmC9D

    menu designed in elementskits plugin each menu contain sub menu each pages have anchor links when I click on anchor links in mobile Burger menu not closing automatically.

    I want to close menu automatically when i click on anchor links, pls guide me how to resolve this issue

    Thanks for reaching out to us. I am not able to investigate the issue properly from your website because you haven’t provided the correct page link. Please check the screenshot. But, so far I think this issue happen due to theme and plugins conflict. To identify the root cause, I recommend running a conflict test.

    Here’s how you can do that:

    1. Switch to a Default Theme: Temporarily change your theme to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty or Hello Elementor. Then, check if the issue still occurs.
      • If switching themes resolves the issue, the problem is related to your current theme.
    2. Check for Plugin Conflicts: If the issue persists even with the default theme, the next step is to troubleshoot any potential plugin conflicts. Deactivate all plugins except for Elementor and ElementsKit, then test the menu again.
      • If the problem goes away, reactivate the plugins one by one, checking each time to see when the issue reappears. This will help identify the conflicting plugin.
