burger menu does not open

    Hi, I installed WP and Woo, then this theme, added a couple of blank pagers, one product and one category, and notice that the burger menu which appears on narrow displays does not open.

    I have installed no plugins, nor modified the system in any way other than to add a few pieces of content through the CMS and change a few colours.

    Any ideas?

  • Hi @numtix,

    It looks like the JavaScript that the theme is relying on is not loading. That’s what is keeping the hamburger menu from opening up.

    I would suggest disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce and check again. If that doesn’t work, then perhaps something went wrong installing the theme. You could delete it and download a fresh copy to make sure everything is as it should be.

    Let us know what you turn up.

    @3sonsdevelopment Thanks for the reply. Note, I have no plugins. Its a virgin install of WP with a virgin in stall of WooCommerce with only one theme added: storefront. I have not installed any other plugins unfortunately.

    I will try uninstall and reinstall.
