Burger menu not working w/mobile

  • My theme is responsive but my burger menu (or any menu) is not showing up. See clone.chanimal.com. I see a note about this same issue below, but it is years ago. Any update or workaround?

    My theme (enfold) support suggested using a menu visibility control plugin, but the link they gave doesn’t work anymore.
