    Hi,
I have a problem with Burst. On this particular site, we are two admin users. For admin user A Burst works just fine, but admin user B only sees a blank screen – Burst is not showing up at all. The plugin is visible in the WP menu. However, when user A logs in as user B, it works just fine. Can you point me towards a solution for this problem?
    TIA,
    ythhj

If you deactivate the plugin, then activate again, the creation of capabilities runs again. This might fix any capability differences between your administrator. Let me know if that helps!

Thank you – I’ll have the other administrator check and get back to you.

Deactiving and activating the plugin didn’t help, but the other admin can se Burst when she logs in from her phone, so I’m thinking it is likely a local problem on her laptop – are there certain requirements for Burst?

@ythhj it sounds like a caching problem in the browser. Can she try logging in with a different browser, or in a private window?

If that helps, clearing the browser cache should also resolve the issue.

We’ve tried clearing the browser cache as well as the website cache, but with no luck.

are there any console errors visible in the browser when the blank screen happens? The user can check this in Chrome by right clicking on the screen, then click “inspect element”, “console”.

I do not have access to the other user’s computer and for now she is happy with having access to Burst via her phone. Thank you so much for your support.
