“Business information is unavailable”

    Hello, I’m getting an error with this plugin:
    “Business information is unavailable. Either you mistyped the Yelp biz ID or the business does not have any reviews.”

    I’ve checked the ID several times (c-and-d-floor-covering-and-maintenance-solutions-bentonville) and they do have reviews.

    What can be done to fix this?

    It’s possible you first entered it incorrectly and that info got cached. Please go into the widget settings and open the “Advanced Options” section and click on the “Clear Cache” button. If you have other caching plugins clear those as well (perhaps even disable them while testing).
