Business Manager Account doesn’t show up

please, check that the pixels are correctly under the Ad account connected to your business manager.

The business account will be selected from the Ad Account you will choose in the first select.

I am having this same problem. All of my personal ad accounts show up fine. But the ad account that is OWNED by a Business Manager does not show up as an option under the Ad Account drop down list. I am the creator, owner, and Admin of that ad account.

No one knows why this is happening?

sorry for the late response! It’s not very clear to me why you shouldn’t see the account. I read from the Facebook API all of your Ad accounts and all of those inside the business manager where you are in, so it sounds very strange to me.
