Business Manager – Ruined This

  • It’s not possible to remove a previous staff member as the Business Owner so you can now never link the same domain with WooCommerce. After contacting FB they say its not possible which meant I had to use manual catalog feeds…

    I tried to make the ad from the manual catalog feed and because this stupid business account there already is a catalog which is not linked to the website

    I now use Google Ads

    Hi there,

    The Business Manager option was solely in Facebook, and it should still be able to be removed via the Facebook area.

    In concerns with the WooCommerce Facebook App, it is meant to connect to one business manager/site at a time. If you need to remove it and re-assign it to a different user, you can remove it from the Facebook area under the Business Integration settings as seen here.

    We are sorry that it was so much trouble though, and have passed along the information.
