Another question: Some texts of the reviews are very long, others very short. is there a way to limit the number of characters or words displayed so that the rest of the text can only be read by scrolling the review?

And for your other question: Currently, we don’t have the option to set the characters or word limit. But you can do it by using custom CSS code. Please use the below custom CSS code and retry once.

.eael-business-reviews-wrapper .eael-google-review-text {
    height: 200px !important;
    overflow: hidden !important;
    overflow-y: scroll !important;
}

You can easily apply custom CSS by following this documentation.
