Business sample theme animation

Hello, I just downloaded Blocksy and I’m trying this theme.
I imported the Business child theme with Brizy editor.
Just a question: in this page:
https://demo.creativethemes.com/blocksy/business/about/

at third block
in the imported website, these texts “UI design / Web Design / Graphic design” do not appear at mouse hovering but they are yet fixed and present.
How can I do to mantain the effect present in “sample” page?
