Busiprof Crashing

  • Hi, Busiprof keeps crashing. I am using this theme for the first time on two different sites, https://telemediatech.com/wp-admin/customize.php?theme=busiprof&return=http%3A%2F%2Ftelemediatech.com%2Fwp-admin%2Fthemes.php and https://box5752.temp.domains/~wynnsser/wp-admin/customize.php?theme=busiprof&return=http%3A%2F%2Fbox5752.temp.domains%2F~wynnsser%2Fwp-admin%2Fthemes.php and they both freeze up and crash when trying to edit the fields with my information. Sometimes it just freezes, sometimes crashes altogether and it takes forever to make my page and I can’t charge for all this extra time, so I am completely loosing money on these jobs. I thought it was just my computer or browser, but twentyninteen works fine. I am using chrome on a mac, high sierra, 10.13.6 Thanks for any adice you can give!

    Try to check after deactivating your active plugins one by one. Aso deletes your browser cache.

    I also experience that I cannot customize. The browser says “Loading …”.

    I deleted files and uploaded new. I tried to uninstall and then install again.

    Does not work.

    Hello torbjornw, which browser? You could try chrome. Firefox sometimes makes problems. And you need memory limit at least 256 MB. Speak with your hosting.
