    Hey I’m having problems with a theme “busiprof” for my site howekellerhunter.com. Every time I edit the website from the dashboard the admin log-in will not re-appear. I fix the problem by renaming the theme file at the host, but then I have to change all the image links, etc… every time I make a change and then it just locks up again after I’m finished editing.

    Any ideas for a more permanent solution?

    Thanks,
    Tim

    Can you tell what version of PHP do you have on the server?

    Try to uninstall the plugins you are using and see weither the problem persist or not…

    I deleted the plug-ins and that seemed to work. Should i do anything else before I try to re-install the plug-ins or are there any types of plugins in should stay away from for this theme.

    I am running PHP 5

    Can you share the list of plugins which you had installed?

    This is a very weird behavior… are you also using some security related plugins?

    I had the standard wordpress plug-ins addeded and then google maps and one that was related to security. I can’t remember the name but it directed anyone who tried to access the web-site to the admin log-in page. I didn’t want anyone to see the site until it was finished.

    OK.. It seems that the security plugin was causing this behavior.

    BTW in case you want to hide the website then you can use a “Coming Soon” WordPress plugin. It allows you to hide the website behind a coming soon page.

    Have a look at this plugin developed by the Theme authors

    Very cool theme. This is by far my favorite for a non-blog page. Is there an easy way to disable the Recent Projects and Testimonials from the Options Panel. I don’t have any now, but may want to add them in the future.

    Hi Tim,

    We were on a holiday, so could not reply to you on time.

    As of now it is not possible to enable/disable section via option panel.

    However there is a workaround. Install the following plugin and hide the section which you do not want to display

    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/my-custom-css/

    For example if you want to hide the Projects & Testimonial section , you can use the following CSS Rule:

    .services_mid_mn { display:none;}
    .testimonial_mn { display:none;}

    This is hide the projects and testimonial section. Let me know if this works for you.

    Hello Ankit,

    About your latest post, where do I have to put the CSS rule?
    I also want to hide the Testimonial section.

    Thanks in advance

    You will need to download this plugin and then add the rule
