    Hi Novo9,

    Your WordPress installation may actually prevent you from editing those files directly as a result of how your WordPress was configured by your web host. You may need to edit them externally and then upload them to the directory. Or it may be as simple as just adjusting the permissions on those files you already moved to “writeable”. Try that and report back if it’s not working.
