    But no one is RESPONDING at their forums. I have a desperate need for help with the have_rtmedia() call in media-gallery.php – it’s not returning for any users except “admin” even though all users have media uploaded.

    this is the most important part of the website and it’s the only thing keeping my client from launch. I’m in dire need of help from some kind person, please!!!
