Button "Add more" Ultimate member form

  • Hello guys, does anyone know how do I add new button into a form I did via plugin Ultimate Member, I want for button to allow me duplicate form, something like, for example: you have work experience area made with 3 fields or more, and when you press the button, appears more 3 fields where you can fill the information again

    I figured out, how to add this tabs to Profile page, but when i try to change saved values in fields it doesn’t work, can some one help ?
    The objective is to get something like this
