per – The subsription frequency. Ex: ‘per month’.
button – The button label. Default: Sign Up.
link – Where the button should link to.

I can’t find it in thee shortcodes

You need to look at the supplied example shortcode under those descriptions. They are just extra attributes to add to your shortcode.

I only want to link it to https://www.startpagina.nl is that possible?

Just make sure you actually have the “https://” before the “www” in your link.
