Button/Context Boxen aren’t adjustable

  • Hello,

    Whenever I try to add or adjust content boxes or buttons, they won’t respond (anymore).

    What happens is, when I want to add or adjust, the Save, Cancel and x-button are unresponsive. Therefore, I have to return one page (and lose all my progress when I haven’t saved anything) to have the page respond again. Instead what happens, is when I press one of the said buttons, a colour menu (for example, to adjust the content boxes colours) opens up and closes with each click. Therefore I can’t add or adjust anything, just because the only thing that’s responsive is the colour menu that opens and closes constantly. This is a very annoying bug.

    What theme are using and have you tried caching?

    I use the Avada theme. But I did not have this probem until recently (like a week or 2 ago). I’m already using the theme for atleast a year. Could it be a plug-in as well?

    Caching, no I have not tried that. How would that help, though?
