Button does not display on Page "Refresh" on IE & FF

Scroll to the bottom of a page using JCWP STT and then refresh that page using F5 or “reload” button, the JCWP STT button does not display after refresh/reload on IE & FF (seems to work on Chrome).
This is just a minor issue.
