+,- button does not respond in some devices

Hello. I downloaded the plugin “Cart All in One for Woocommerce”. In the Cart, provided by the plugin, the “+” and “-” options are working in my phone, but it’s not working in my friend’s phone. So apparently, it disturbs in some devices. Please help me to fix it.
