Button doesn't appear in Editor role

    Is there really no solution for this? I think it’s pretty important… would appreciate any help ??

    Can’t replicate this. Have tried several variations. Is this still something you’re seeing?

    I was having the same problem and realized that the “Toolbar Toggle” button is what hides/displays the second row of buttons one of which is the “Table” button (doh).
