Button doesn’t open WhatsApp

    Hi,

    I have added the JoinChat plugin to our website but the button isn’t clickable.

    • The button is not set to mobile only
    • Phone number has been added
    • We use WPRrocket. A bypass (?nowprocket) doesn’t help
    • Caches are cleared

    How can we fix the button?

    Have you excluded Joinchat in WP Rocket?
    You would have to exclude the CSS:
    “/wp-content/plugins/creame-whatsapp-me/public/css/joinchat.min.css”

    I tried but unfortunately no success.

    Joinchat javascript is not loading.

    It could be because WPRocket is blocking it or the theme or some plugin is altering the way JQuery is loaded.

    jQuery is being loaded from a CDN instead of the WordPress URL itself. The script dependency may be failing.
