Button Dropdown menu not displaying options

Hmmm…we haven’t seen that issue reported elsewhere, and I’m not seeing it myself. Are you fully updated on WordPress each plugin? Can you provide a screenshot of what you’re seeing?

I went through and ensured everything was updated. The button is showing up.

How do I have the button replace the paypal buy now button?

I’m able to customize the button in the backend editor module.
I have my paypal connected. I created my button/product.
It provided me with a shortcode/code to insert into my page.
I did that. But it doesn’t look like the two entities are speaking to each other.

Once you create the button within the Button Manager plugin, those buttons should then show up inside the Divi PayPal module so you can easily drop them in to that module on the page. Is that part not working for you?

I’m a bit confused about the steps you’ve taken to this point. If you’re using the Divi module then you wouldn’t need to mess with copying/pasting the shortcode or HTML snippet that the button manager gives you back. It technically should still work that way, but that would be slightly more work than necessary…at least based on the goal of the two plugins working together.

If you want to submit a ticket here we can work with you more directly on this to figure out what’s going on.

We made some adjustments to our release branch which should resolve some of the issues with the drop-down.

@charissadasilva, have you been working with Oliver in our help desk? Was he able to get you squared away with other issues you were having?
