Button Images Missing after update

    Hi there, thanks for your work on this plugin! I’ve started helping a client with a site that had this plugin installed. They had a little trouble with text sizes, unrelated to your plugin (some CSS weirdness), and while trying to fix the problem, I noticed that this plugin was out of date. So I updated it to 1.3.2. This added a “reset size” button, which is nice, but I could only tell by hovering over it. Right now the buttons are visible, but blank. Looks like this:

    Any ideas as to how to get the little “A+” and “A-” icons back? Thanks again!
