Button "Insert File Download" with problem

Hello friends!
Not long ago I realize that the “Insert File Download” button does not work the way it should.
By clicking the button, the following text is inserted:
[download=”xx”]However, the correct would be the following:
[download id=”xx”]What happens to the plugin? Is this some plugin bug or of my WordPress?
