Button insert into post do’nt work

    If I have made a new gallery, and want it to place on a page or post.
    I can select the “Add Photo Gallery” then can I select a gallery.

    But if I want to inset it. And click on the button Insert into Post”nothing happens.

    Are there some problems?
    And why can’t I see a ID number of a gallery? so I can type the code?

    I am using WordPress 4.9.8

  • This may be conflict with other plugins/themes. I also used to have this issue.
    Try this: Options > General > Generate Shortcode, select gallery and configure it then click “Generate” and copy and paste into your post(text mode).

    @expertwp thanks it isn’t quick but its work.

    – On Chrome I press F12.
    – Choise for tab “Conole”.
    – Then I want add a page with the gallery
    – I press on the button “add gallary -> in the console I see

    But I see the popup, and can select the gallery, and can change the settings of the gallery.

    If I push on “Insert into post” I see this in the console:
