button language

Good morning support I have a problem, a few days ago the flag part was as it is in the image, can you solve it?

This problem happens with monitors larger than 27 inches with a zoom of 100%.

I have another problem, my top bar is transparent and then it turns white, is there any way for the bottom of the button to be transparent?
