Button Link Error

I have a track order email that should link customers to my website’s track order page (where they manually enter their order # and email info). However, users that click on the button get an error that says “{“code”:”rest_not_logged_in”,”message”:”You are not currently logged in.”,”data”:{“status”:401}}”

The link appears to add some random info to the link, so instead of being https://website.com/track/ it points to something like https://delivery.website.com/TVFCYUEJA?id=151501=dkxSCQ=&fl=XUQ/XgIZfVF/Wi1sU=

Would appreciate any insight anyone can provide on how to fix this issue!
