Button not appear or not work

  • Hello,
    i’ve installed and configured plug in to can have a buttgon to esport and, after, print the CPT menu on the page linked but do not appear anything.
    if i use shortcode [dkpdf-button] it appear the action but at click the page is blank
    Someone can help me to understand what is wrong?

  • The plug-in itself appears to be broken for new installations.

    It is a great plug-in when it works.

    I believe there is no consistent support from the developer or anyone else.

    Hmm, on you site the button appears and it works – but elementor content is rendered in it. So maybe u wanna try it with gutenberg first to see it if is a elemtor/dkpdf issue.

    @excelfin yes it is and i’ve had also to send credential administative access to support that has disappeared without giving me any feedback ( i think that you understadn what mean to send administrative access and ftp log to external users )
    @phalancs please explain me what you mean.
    Now the button has apeared because i’ve worked ( without support assist ) with a shortcode and not using the widget but i can not print my post content how do i need
