Button not appearing in frontend

Hello,

I am using this plugin in conjunction with AccessPress Anonymous Post, and while the button works in the backend (where I can create posts and pages) It is not visible in the frontend. The goal is to have the button work so that a guest can use it without logging in. Any advice, or any fix?
