Button not layout evently

Hi
I have this button set on 2 websites and they are both having differnet layout issues:
https://www.klipspringerhouse.com/history-of-the-land/ <– Buttons are not evenly spread out (some changes to button default width)
https://thinkchangegrow.com/category/leadership-2/ <– G+ button dropped and buttons not evenly space out (no chanegs to deafult button with)

Any help appreciated
